WHAT WE OFFER
I help you invest in cost-effective training devices, state of the art training centres and provide exercise support for your training.
With close to 40 years in the Norwegian Army, and more than 20 years in live, virtual and constructive simulation, procuring simulators and training devices, building up the Norwegian Army Combat Training Centre and running it for 14 years, being the Norwegian Army’s Subject Matter Expert in Simulation and Military Education, Training and Exercises I know I have the knowledge, the experience, and the network to help you with your investment project, establishing your training centre and helping you with planning, executing and evaluating your training events and exercises.
Procurement Processes
I have more than 20 years of experience in procuring training devices and simulators for the Norwegian Army. Both from the users perspective, but also as the subject matter expert in writing project proposals, functional and tecnical requirements as well as validating and testing the final product(s) once the vendor delivers.
Setting Up Your Training Centre
Being part of building up and then running the Norwegian Army Combat Training Centre for a total of 14 years, and after that more than 6 years as the Army’s SME and responsible for all simulators and simulation in the Army, including running the Norwegian Army Command Staff Trainer, I can help you with setting up your training centre, whether live, virtual or constructive with inputs into best practises and knowledge and experience in what works and don’t.
Exercise Support
With my knowledge I can help you plan your training events, focusing on training objectives and designing events and exercises to facilitate the training audiences meeting their training objectives. I can also help you run the event and support preparing and holding your After Action Revies, and then support your analysis and writing of exercise reports and recommendations.
